The Thunder and Pelicans own every pick imaginable. They don't need to tank necessarily. If they luck into Wiseman, cool, but otherwise continuing to win will make SGA better. If they show they're committed to winning, they can thoretically outbid anyone for any player's services via trade. As long as they don't hug their picks, they'll be fine in the long run.
