But this is something I pointed out a long time ago.

Melo has been utilized in Portland, in a way, that he never was with okc nor Houston.

In okc and Houston he looked lost at time and fought for plays . Where as the blazers are legit feeding him the ball and letting him do his thing. Hes not as rushed like in okc.

Some players have off nights.

Whiteside is actually good, especially if you understand what's being asked of him, which is a lot.

What's really hurting us now is the lack of depth. Especially at the wing spot.

Honestly im not against picking up Jeff green, since he'll be an upgrade over Mario hezonja or Anthony tolliver.

Not being able to put someone on Ingram to slow him down is what hurt.

Essentially the youth and size of the pelicans is what beat us. They play a very fast paced and uptempto style of game.


But if you're really watching the blazers play then there's a possibility for the duo to exist especially with Whiteside.

But people also need to under the context of how badly injuries has decimated this team. We lost our starting wing, pf and center.
