People that don't know their roles and try to do too much at times. Jarrett Allen flat out sucks.

They've got a great imbalance between their backcourt-frontcourt. They basically relied upon their hustle and execution last season; their wins really gave folks a false reading on the structure of their roster, which is why they came crashing back down to Earth in the first round of the playoffs.
