WCS was offered $9m by the Hornets but turned it down to play with GS (2-year/$4.4m). I don't think the Warriors are going to get better value than that given what he can get on the market. Unless a defensive 5 falls into their lap, then they'll have to make do with him. Looney will be back next season so it's not like they have to rely on WCS to play significant minutes.
