because teams don't value what he brings to a team until he ain't on the team anymore and then teams go "you know what we could use? A PG who actually feeds the rock to our guys" Meanwhile Rubio's gonna make Baha Al Jefferson look way better than he is and they'll be able to trade for whoever they want.

That said, Conley was supposed to be an upgrade in every aspect and hasn't performed up to snuff. This is on Conley.
