Tatum also never has had a 30+ game stretch without JB…

The most he ever went without JB was 20-21, you know when he dropped 60 on the Spurs and put 51 on the KD/Harden/Kyrie Nets, then gave them 40 the next night? They are both great on their own and with each other. Also their TS% is on par with each other bc Jaylens mid range efficiency is balanced out with his mediocre FT shooting

As long as we have both not sure why yall always pin them against each other.

My biggest gripe with Brotha Brown…Being an 84% ft shooter would really make him something else entirely

Tatum has always been a lot more volatile on a game to game basis than Jaylen, but efficiency wise they both are on the same level.

His raw FG% being lower has more to do with him shooting a lot more 3s than Jaylen but again their overall efficiency balances out bc Tatum is a much better FT shooter.

You’re free to have whatever skepticism you want but I think of all the top teams in the East right now it’s a bit bizarre to think any of the Celtics guys need to prove something.

Except it's not about something to prove (based on previous fanbase trauma/civil war), it's about holding back on early season praise until there's a large enough sample size.

I'm neutral to whether yall are great or trash, whether JB's putting up Shai numbers or Paolo Banchero midness, but 30 games is a fair enough sample for me. For which, i give that malcolm x hair spray ass nygga a thumbs up

The only the reason the Mavs aren’t completely dead in the water now is because both Kyrie & AD got hurt last season which allowed Memphis to get in the playoffs over them and put them in the lottery. In other words, the Mavs failed upwards

Yall nikkas acting like this was part of Nico’s plan like he didn’t think Kyrie & AD were a championship core

Also AD doesn’t have the trade value you think…
Dudes keep talking about "Nico was right" after every Lakers L :mjlol:

Even if he was right, (he's not) trading him for an injury prone ass big is NOT the move, don't know why people can't seem to grasp this. You still have to get a better return, period.

Also interesting that JB is on pace for a better p4p season than Tatum ever had. JT’s best scoring season he avg a point more (30ppg to JB’s 29ppg) but JB’s shooting splits are crazy unexpected

He made a leap and gotta wonder what that’ll look like if/when JT comes back and in a playoff environment.

Its almost time to bring back my "You gotta split JB and JT" talking points again :ahh:

Because he lucked into Flagg? How was them getting the pick his "vision"? Had they won their play-in game against Memphis they'd be the 8th seed, which I'm sure Nico was trying to make the playoffs at the very least to justify making the trade. And as for Flagg, again we don't even know if he's gonna equal Luka who has 5 straight 1st team All NBA selections and a Finals appearance under his belt. Flagg is nice but pump the brakes on that right now. You guys keep mentioning Flagg when he isn't in the trade.
