Warriors, Blazers and Suns make a lot of sense.

Wild card teams could be Boston, Cleveland, Milwaukee and Miami.

Extreme wild card would be OKC if they just viewed him as an expiring to turbo boost their offense and give them a second legitimate shot creator. This doesn't fit their MO at all but they could ship out Dort, Joe and Wiggins, plus whatever picks they want.
