Also, I guess one thing people didn’t factor with Boston… they were a 57-win team and ECFinalist before Jrue and Porzingis. East favorites at that.

Probably still overachieving right now but them keeping their head above water without Tatum shouldn’t have been surprising. As in ppl thought they’d be DOA

We thought they would suck because on paper the frontcourt was garbage and there was no bench depth

The odds of Queta, Garza & Walsh all having breakout years, while Hugo was able to provide quality minutes as a rookie and on top of that Minott & Scheierman even had their moments of usefulness were pretty low :skip:

Add Jaylen playing at an All-NBA 1st team level to it and it's not surprising how good they are. But again the odds of everything that needed to happen for them to be competitive falling into place, only the greenest of green teamers saw coming.
