The myth you're talking about is people that say "running destroys your knees!" "Running on asphalt causes ankle and knee pain later in life!"He doesn't look like an endurance runner.
So what about the whole when you run on concrete the weight of your body is amplified onto your knees. Is that a myth?
Can confirm. As part of catset, it's damn near required to have ninja-like capabilities and to hone them whenever possible. Only way you can play with your cats without your wrists looking like you cut yourselfHe repping catset too
10 miles ain't nothing to a catset ninja. We brag different too I guess![]()
It's light work for runners. I ran on treadmill incline somewhere between 3.5 and 4.Two hours of cardio? 1150 calories?@Serious
Bro everyday though? Are you running 10 miles everyday? Call me flabby, but that ridiculous. He doesn’t even have the body of a 10 mile a day runner10 miles is cake. And hour and 40 mins and that's jogging.
Y'all fools really can't hit 10 minute miles? Y'all flabby and sick for real.
Yeah and he is really bloated too. If he’s doing that daily he shouldn’t look that way. He should be well defined like you said
I run 10 miles like 2 days a week, and others I just do like 2 miles with a weighted vest. I’m going to run a marathon 4th quarter this year
And this guy who is always running marathons and stuff does speed/track days and has days off
10 miles is cake. And hour and 40 mins and that's jogging.

I don’t believe him either. 70 miles per week would have him looking like distance (physically) and unless he had a solid recovery plan he would break down in month or less. You can look at his body and tell he’s not putting up that much miles of any + his entire lower body would have a very distinctive look on that kinda mileages.
And his shoulders would be squared off with a smaller/slimmer but defined upper body. This shyt is a dead giveaway.
Your regular non pro runner or sub elite is doing 50-85 mile weeks and it’s not easy. Maybe he’s running that shyt at 15 min pace and that would be incredibly slow. No regular runner doing 50-85 miles a week would run that “schedule” with no track/speed days and no off days. It just doesn’t make sense.
I put up 17 today in a little over 2hrs so dude is all cap.
He’s lucky if he’s doing 25 miles a week.
But posters want to say we probably flabbyDude is bloated off of booze and trees + eating. No fukking way he can run 70 miles a week and stay that way. Impossible. And he looks like he’s close to 200lbs. 70 miles a week would have you at 150-160 easily with low fat %. You would barely see the fat because it was be distributed fairly.
Lace up them Nikes and get out there
It's definitely doable. I run everyday and I'm not an elite runner or sub elite. I just like running.
Since I've been running in events I've been doing running workouts and sticking to training. But when I don't have events coming I just run and enjoy it
