I run 10 on the regular now, I literally just ran 10 miles this morning, and I’m just going to say I don’t believe him. Every single day?

So what about the whole when you run on concrete the weight of your body is amplified onto your knees. Is that a myth?
The myth you're talking about is people that say "running destroys your knees!" "Running on asphalt causes ankle and knee pain later in life!"

They don't know what they're talking about. I actually run. And I run in events frequently. My last event was March 4th and I have 2 in April.

I'm out there with runners in their 70's that have been running all their life. They don't have back pain, knee pain and arthritis.

You can prevent osteoarthritis by staying active. If you aren't active and the shyt breaks down, you can't get it back.

Can confirm. As part of catset, it's damn near required to have ninja-like capabilities and to hone them whenever possible. Only way you can play with your cats without your wrists looking like you cut yourself

10 min mile pace everyday is not realistic for a dude that looks like that.

I run 10 miles like 2 days a week, and others I just do like 2 miles with a weighted vest. I’m going to run a marathon 4th quarter this year

And this guy who is always running marathons and stuff does speed/track days and has days off



Dude is bloated off of booze and trees + eating. No fukking way he can run 70 miles a week and stay that way. Impossible. And he looks like he’s close to 200lbs. 70 miles a week would have you at 150-160 easily with low fat %. You would barely see the fat because it was be distributed fairly.

I don’t believe him either. 70 miles per week would have him looking like distance (physically) and unless he had a solid recovery plan he would break down in month or less. You can look at his body and tell he’s not putting up that much miles of any + his entire lower body would have a very distinctive look on that kinda mileages.

And his shoulders would be squared off with a smaller/slimmer but defined upper body. This shyt is a dead giveaway.

Your regular non pro runner or sub elite is doing 50-85 mile weeks and it’s not easy. Maybe he’s running that shyt at 15 min pace and that would be incredibly slow. No regular runner doing 50-85 miles a week would run that “schedule” with no track/speed days and no off days. It just doesn’t make sense.

I put up 17 today in a little over 2hrs so dude is all cap.

He’s lucky if he’s doing 25 miles a week.

Since I've been running in events I've been doing running workouts and sticking to training. But when I don't have events coming I just run and enjoy it


70 MPW is very doable but not this dude. Now maybe he is doing it slow like 12-15 min pace but I’m skeptical. 12-15 min pace at that distance is a long ass time. You literally heel striking at 15 min pace.
