I was there for like half a day all you Philly locals. Had to try both cuz I ain't been back since. Y'all enjoy the one you prefer.

Miami a 5?

The only one I didn't vote for and I would've said 5 or 6. It's a 10 for tourist but not for locals.

For a history/architecture buff, the Philadelphia area is a jewel. The urban blight is bad of course but in terms of its nice areas, it’s one of the most beautiful places in the country. And there’s a ton of historic sites here. The average Coli nikka could care less though.

Kensington is literally "sleepy white people everywhere" like how Chappelle described Ohio.

I was in that area before and it seems like Philly's junkie population is pretty diverse

Pros:

Decent nightlife, very affordable, 2 hrs between DC and NYC and a very young crowd. World class institutions as well.

Cons:
Philly kind of lacks identity in that everything you want in Philly you can get in NYC, albiet a pricier city.

I really don’t see why Philly gets so much hate.
