Gentrification is slowly but surely making its way. There was a time when you wouldn't see a white person on the other side of Communipaw Ave., now not so much. Places like the Heights and McGinley Square are getting more and more expensive.
I recommend Jersey city and Hoboken to people who want to see the good side of Jersey.
Englewood and Teaneck also have well to do blacks

Haven't heard much about it but there's nothing really good about Jersey in general other than it's close to NYC. Looks like any typical town in that area.
