remove traffic and it's a 10. i've lived in DTLA and culver city... the former is best neighborhood in the city right now as far as i'm concerned

ITS LOS ANGELES ORDINANCE, LAPD LAW ENFORCED, LA COURT SYSTEM, LAUSD SCHOOLING, LA PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION, LA TAXES, ETC. AND ITS UNEQUIVOCALLY GEOGRAPHICAL LOCATION IS IN LOS ANGELES. NOW CATS FROM IE OR OC WHO CLAIM LA IS A DIFF STORY, BUT U ARE LITERALLY ARGUIN FACTS FOR PERSONAL BIAS. HELLA CATS DONT CONSIDER INGLEWOOD LOS ANGELES, DOES THAT MAKE IT TRUE?

JUST BE HAPPY THE GOAT REGION IS CONSIDERED PART OF LA.

TECHNICALLY, YES.. BUT PASADENA IS FAR LESS INTERTWINED WIT THE CITY THAN SFV.
