LA is GOAT level and one of the greatest cities in the world. Not even arguable...

Not having a large proportion of black people is a drawback, but you have to consider that South Central is still 28% black (Westside South Central is still 38% black), and the adjacent South Bay cities surrounding South Central are all in that same range of blackness (20-40%). The idea that ain't no blacks in LA is unfounded because you can go places in South LA and surroundings and see tons of black people...

It's just a negative there aren't many blacks in the rest of the city...

And as others mentioned, the traffic is a drawback. All major cities have large homeless populations...

LA at the very least is an 8.5, but it's somewhat home for me. Everytime I step off at LAX, i feel like I'm coming home...

I'd give it a 9-9.5 and there is no city anywhere I'd choose to live in over LA if I had all the set up and circumstances I needed. Will be back in Jan/Feb and long term play is to at least partially raise my daughter's there, ain't no other place anywhere like Los Angeles, truly a 1 of 1...

Nah l.a homeless population is different. And it is mainly black folk living on the streets like that. When it comes to the weather and soaking up the atmosphere l.a is goat. Yeah l.a is the place providing that you got paper like that.L.a is the place you go on holiday.

I've lived in both. It isn't close, and I can sum it up like this:

You know who the people with real influence are in LA. You know the people with real money, real grind, and real respect. There is no hiding from it, and if someone in LA can't see someone is a mirage, it isn't because they aren't identifiable...

Atlanta on the other hand is one big Love & Hip Hop show. Extraordinarily pretentious, to the point it's more difficult to see who is pump faking, because so many people down there pump faking. Cats are renting luxury cars and saying they own em, to impress the next muhfukka who doing the same thing, while they both lie to each other. Cats wanna flock around anybody with an image of anything, the bytches are all falling over themselves to run in the same circles. Everybody in Atlanta will tell you they trap stars, and they'll tell you this with a straight face in the presence of someone they copping light packs from. They all trying to keep up with each other and they all lying to each other...

You don't see this level of fukk shyt in LA, cats who ain't holding not just out here pretending they are...

True. How u acting like you got money but drive some bullshyt or live in north Hollywood.

Exactly bruh, it ain't like cats can front about gangbanging either. LA is different, probably only Chicago is the only place on that level of banging, nikkas will come see about you if you pushing something...

For sure I can tell you the fronting gangbanging shyt applies more to Atlanta lmao. When I was living down there everybody wanted to ask me about Cali banging and try to impress me with their style of banging...

9 from me...from what I seen...easy.

CA weather just off the chains...:wow:
Culture outta control. I'm from the NE...so a complete culture shock...the same way I'd assume...CA ppl would feel comin to an NYC...or true east coast cities. It's refreshing to see somthin different (that actually holds it's weight) if your from the other side of the pond...:whew:

Looks like everything you've been told or envisioned as someone coming from the east coast. Feels like you've been there in a surreal way...because of its accurate portrayal in so much cinema and media. Comin down the highway and seein all the historic hood streets in succession....(the Crenshaws...etc). Just envisioning the fukkin history...:wow:

You definitely get those motherland vibes...:bustback:

Bad hoes galore...that goes w/ out saying. (Albeit weak)...legendary skyline. Ppl definitely more chill and laid back than out east...:pachaha:

I really don't have too many bad things to say about LA besides gas bein outta fukkin control...:scusthov:

I could see ppl from out there having a different perspective tho if you aint gettin to a bag tho. I'm sure the flossing from "the haves" could be next-level debilitating at times...

Wish I had more time out there...ND definitely gotta get back...:obama:

Surprised L.A. is so high, with the fact that messicans run the street and push blacks out of their own neighborhood you would think it would be bottom tier

From Michigan, got family out in LA. Been there twice and thinking about moving out there this year or around LA.

I love Cali out of all the places I've visited :blessed:

Greatest city in the country. I haven't been outside the country much to have an informed global opinion, but I been all over the United States...

We know all things aren't equal (cost of living, demographics, crime, economy, etc), so I wouldnt say LA is the best place to live for everyone---->but if all things are equal, LA is the greatest place to live in the US, there literally isn't anything you cant see, do, or have access to living in LA...
