Well breh...what exactly was the point thenYall dudes be having no clue what you're talking about.
I have a 25 HDMI running from my entertainment stand, through the ceiling and over to my 60"...fukk a monitor. I built my system 4 years ago for a total of $570 (no monitor) and just 4 months ago sold my original GPU (Radeon 6870) for $75 and paid $230($155) for my R9. i5-2500k, R9 290, 8GB RAM pushes anything you throw at it on ultra with about the same damn frame drops as my PS4 and X1.
I have both consoles, but what's your excuse for now having a PC again?
What did you end up buying? Hopefully at least an Intel CPU. AMD CPUs are trash.
Make sure you take advantage of the Holiday steam sale. You can pick up a lot of games real cheap.Bought an AMD R9 290X overclocked and i kept the processor to next month when i get the intel I7. I will be online on steam tomorrow
Cool it, bruh. You dudes are the worst. I don't have a favorite system. Stay out the threads with this bullshyt breh.
aaand this is why im not a pc gamerOP thinks it's all fun and games. He doesn't know the effort PC gaming takes yet. He'll see.Plus, he's going the AMD route. Be prepared for shytty performance and driver problems in certain games. You gotta be about that life. Editing ini files, running benchmarks, not being able to figure out a problem for days, weeks, months. shyt is not for the weak.
But when it works
I wish OP the best of luck, but he needs to know what he's getting into. It's not plug and play like he's used to. We'll see how it works out for him. I have shytty luck with my tech for whatever reason. Hopefully he doesn't have to deal with that. And the goddamn RMA process is annoying as hell.
I'm not trying to scare away people from PC gaming, but it can be stressful at times.

[/QUOTE]Those are the reasons.... I hate you master race dudes yall act like just because keeping a cpu up to date and troubleshooting issues isn't a big deal to YOU that we all should feel the same way... You mentioned overclocking, there was a conversation here about upgrading their video card, someone said fallout 4 has a lot of crashes, installing mods aren't easy and aren't always done the same way some of these mods require you to change sytem files on the game, shyt half of them don't work or cause your shyt to run slow... fukk ALL THAT!!!!!!!!
I buy a console yea it may be technically inferior graphically and yes the mods are cool but the average person aint trying to think about ANY of that shyt you have to do on pc, they just want to turn on the game and play not troubleshoot not upgrade their card to get optimal performance not overclock we just want to sit back and play...
WHAT I AM SAYING TO YOU AND ALL YOU MASTER RACE CLOWNS THE PROS OF PC GAMING DO NOT OUTWEIGHT THE CONS TO US...
Then you say well its not that expensive all you have to spend is like 2-300 on a card then 15-200 on a board and processor then a controller cause mouser and keyboards are for typing not playing games, then you have to spend about a 100 on a hdd 30-40 on a case then in two years have to upgrade your card to get these slight added bonuses, while a ps4 only requires 350-400 once and a yearly 50 fee and you never have to spend money to play a new game again
like homie said get over it yall will always be the introvert nerds of the gaming world sorry![]()
