I know what you mean breh, we were 3-3 in 2010 at this time. I wrote them off then, wrote them off when they were 8-6 heading into the final 2 games against NYG and CHI. But
I feel like this team just doesn't have it.. Rodgers looks disinterested and is taking stupid sacks when the o-line does its job, he is missing WRs, he's offthey gotta show me 60 minutes of football next week in Reliant Stadium
The defense hasn't even been bad, they've been decent and have had every single call go against them (See Perry sacking Luck and forcing a fumble, Shields being called for DPI when the Avery pushed off with TWO hands, etc). But we can't expect the defense to bail out an offense that is supposed to run like a well oiled machine.
2-4 after next week is tough to come back from, but we do have 5 games left in the division

When we lost to the Giants in the NFC Championship game in 2007, we went 6-10 in 2008.
We lose to the Giants in the Divisional Game in 2011, and its looking like 2012 is going to be very similar.

the defense has been meh so far, its certainly better than 2011 but we can't count on it..the pass rush is way better than 2011 but the secondary still shids on itself
the offense is inconsistent and ain't doing them favors though
we also lost Jenkins before last season and Nick Collins due to injury which are huge losses...

Oh...a Bear fan talking shyt? Go figure. With how we've dominated and owned you the past few years, you should just sit quietly in a corner and be happy you've won a few games.
But it does. Capers defenses have always been the "good 1 year, then the league figures him out" type. Like you said, how else do you explain playing lights out and winning a Super Bowl, bringing back the same unit, and being as historically bad as we were last year? Teams have figured Capers out. Ironically enough, the only team (and QB) that can't seem to have any success against us is the Bears and Cutler.
Anyways, I've honestly (for real) not watched 1 down of NFL Football since the Seattle Screwjob. With that said, call me crazy, but this is starting to feel like 2010 all over again. Losing close games that we could've (should've) won. Rodgers just not quite there yet, falling into old habits. Injuries having an effect. Defense showing flashes, but coming up short in key situations. Now we're getting written off, and that seems to be when McCarthy is at his best.
We're obviously just not very good right now (playing horribly in fact), but remember...it's not how you start the season, but how you finish it.
im sorry but mason crosby choked yesterday that was a gimme for him at least ,,,, another thing clay matthews should've dominated his man there were so many one on ones he should've rattled luck more than what he did yesterday ,,, that being said pack HAS to win next week or this year is over its a must win boys and girls

Ive always said that last year we sucked on D because we had no pass rush which is why our DB's were getting roasted. This year we have a pass rush and our DB's are still fukking shytty. So i guess i was wrong. Our secondary is just plain out trash. Next week is a must win but ive already embraced myself for a let down season. Sure anything could happen but i just cant see it. We'll dominate our divsion rivals but thats about it...
Is the loss of Philbin contributing to the woes that our offense is seeing? I think we're seeing very inconsistent offensive production, coupled with crappy D (which we're used to at this point). Only major change is Philbin's departure and the center moving on.

Yea alot of fans think Philbin's role here was bigger then what most think. Maybe MM isnt such an offensive guru as we all thought. He sure as hell cant adjust when things aren't going good. And his post game presses are all the same fukking excuses. Pad level,execution,and fundamentals.
Its not even Philbin's departure, its friggin McCarthy using his own modified WCO this year
