Clubs close at 2 usually
The one thing i realized is the 2am club closing is almost universal except for a handful of US cities like Vegas, Miami, NO. From LA to Boston, Philly to Dallas most cities clubs close at 2 which i dont even mind anymore since i usually bring the party over a house.
Ive always been interested in Dallas so ill be reading this thread

Thats true....even in DC most clubs close at 2. They're tryna transition to 3 tho. I had a couple of friends from NY who went to school in DC and never wanted to leave the crib til like 1 and i'd be like yall nikkas know the clubs close in a hr
1200 for a apt down here in dallas and youre fukking balling. its cheap as shyt to live down here. traffic aint that bad. there are a lot of ghetto black people in dallas. you will mos def need to drive everywhere and the parking is great compared to the east coast. central expressway might be the nicest highway in the united states. there are 7 malls in the dallas area and a trillion restaurants. we got in and out burger and whataburger and jack in the box.....i dont think they go those over in the east coast. you dont need a coat here in the winter, just a hoodie. i have never owned a coat in my life. summer aint that hot. its all dry heat......no humidity....103 degrees aint that bad

Where would be the ideal spot for me to move if im looking at a budget around there. lets say 900-1200 a month
damn son 900 a month is still balling in dallas. that will get your own parking garage in an apt complex. 800 is will get you your own parking garage....im talking about a solo parking garage with a remote control that you push and it opens up... two of my friends got 800 dollar apt. you can do 600 and it will still be a nice ass apartment. this is not the east coast.

its plenty of good neighborhoods/suburbs in dallas...n around dallas...cedar hill desoto duncanville irving coppell..addison..all of em a hop skip and a jump from freeways...traffic is hectic..but aint bad...once u learn ya way around...
hell even the ghetto aint as bad...as it was in the 80s n 90s...its common sense...u dont fukk with them..they wont fukk with u...same laws in every ghetto across america..
far as the freeways n traffic..
1nce u learn dallas highway puzzle..u would be good...20 can get around alot of stuff..if u south of dallas...anything with 5's in it..will be hell...35,635..75..45...

after a couple months in clubs..u will realize..they aint shyt..the women are hit and miss there...
.n everybody fukkin with each other...hell u can goto the liquor store..n hit walmart on wheatland or the one in lancaster hell targets or walgreen...
n pull broads..get drunk n listen to music...
u will have a better time.and selection of women.at mavericks, stars, cowboys n rangers games...hell goin to shreveport or choctaw for the casinos...hell if its a concert...be there..some of the metroplex finest come out...state fair go..tx ou game go...gramblin pv go...six flags..get u a pass..i promise u wont see the same broad everytime u go..
only things that will be different from the dmv n philly area..is the weather hot and during the spring..if u love ya car...try ya best to get a garage or somethin 2 cover that bytch up..the storms and the hail that comes with it...is destructive...
also the amount of mexicans...its a shyt load of em...

man dont listen to this dude. living in cedarhill, desoto duncanville area is wack. thats way south dallas and its pretty much flat plains with nothing much out there. they dont have a chipotle or starbucks or in and out in those cities....why because its way the fukk out there. theres plenty of black people but i wouldnt do it.
For $1200 get a apt in uptown or downtown, medical district or off the lake in las colinas.

Not enough information is provided..... What part of Dallas is your job located? We can throw out suggestions all day. You don't wanna have to drive 45-60 minutes to work every day....
For 800-1200, you are going to spend every bit of that in places like Plano and Garland(North Dallas). McKinney is on the outskirts of N. Dallas... You can get the most bang for your buck there, it has a lot of shopping and I think it's only a 30 minute drive from downtown(if you're working there).
In South Dallas, there's Desoto, Cedar Hill & Duncanville. If you stay in these Burbs, you will find a lot of successful middle class and upper middle class black folks(especially in Desoto where my fam stay... lol). If your job is close to south Dallas, then the Burbs that I just mentioned are cool... NW and W Dallas consists of Grand Prairie, Frisco, Irving, Las Colinas and Grapevine. Las Colinas is the most expensive(and lots of white people).. You can get the most in Frisco, Irving and GP.
