Niners defense is not the same as it was in week 3. This team was ass the first 8 weeks of the season. From the first Rams game on it's been a different team. Resume backs that up.

Actually it was three quarters and Dallas never had a realistic shot to win the game. A potential "Hail Mary" attempt which they elected not to go for is probably less than 5% of a chance

I swear I've read the same damn takes from Packers fans in The Coli for the last 3 playoffs games we've had. Y'all due I guess but if y'all can't stop the run it's gonna be the same game you've seen the last decade. If we can't run, we are fukked. It's as simple as that.

Both the 49ers and Packers have terrible special teams units.

Rodgers could get great field position all game, specially in such cold weather. Mitch's leg might break before the 2nd quarter

Only good thing about the running defense is

Whitney Mercilus and Za’Darius Smith may big helps. Packers run defense was much better until Mercilus tore his biceps

We didn't blew the Week 3 game, we almost stole it and couldn't hang on we got outplayed 70% of the game but GB could never put it away and we got two good drives in the 4th that put us in front by 1 point.

It doesn't matter though, Saturday is gonna be completely different. Our run defense is different and our run offense is different. No clue how much the Packers have changed but between the weather and us finding our identity on both sides of the field during the 2nd half of the season will make this a different type of game.

We had 1 good corner in Sherman but mannnnnn I was about ready to put a bullet in the other one, Akhello Witherspoon. He was a walking 1st down and the pass defense rank was a direct result of the pass rush, our secondary used to get ate up outside of Sherman.

Did my annual visit to the main 49ers message board. Boy that was mistake. That's the least level-headed community of all the major teams

He's not super wrong though. It's gonna be a game of whether or not our offense can keep Aaron on the bench. Our secondary is held together by duct tape and we can't get to Aaron if Bosa ain't playing and our DC playing zone against Aaron is not going to go well for us. We ain't stopping y'all if we don't get help from the weather.

Our only real option to win is if Jimmy can time his fukk ups in a way that it doesn't hurt our ability to have long drives.
