They're pretty biased themselves though. It takes away from the good points they make half the time. These dudes have been their thing as far as reviews for a while now

I never said all that. But if Migos fans here are representative of the average Migos fan, then yea, Anthony Fantano def knows more about Migos than them, as well as hip hop in general.
It seems like nikkas think being black and from the hood automatically makes them experts on anything hip hop or even with regards to street music. At the same time, when pushed, a lot of these same nikkas take pride in being ignorant and only fukking with what's "hot". So they try to play both sides. Dude is just a dude with an opinion. But unlike a lot of nikkas in here trying to discredit him, it's at least an informed opnion. You dont have to agree but dont say dude doesnt know what he's talking about when he knows more than you (Im not saying you Im speaking generally).
I didnt. i would trust Paul Wall or Eminems opinion on hip hop before I would trust this clowns. Ive sai this from the beginning of the thread, dude seems to be disconnected from "street rap" But whatever man, his opinion is his opinion, I just dont hold too much value in his opinion of rap , especially that compared to mine.
So the only people allowed to have opinions on artists are people who like them? And isn't it possible for someone to like someone but not understand them? What exactly about this dude makes you say he's "disconnected from street rap"? The fact that he wasn't feeling this albumwho said anything about being blak or white?I didnt. i would trust Paul Wall or Eminems opinion on hip hop before I would trust this clowns. Ive sai this from the beginning of the thread, dude seems to be disconnected from "street rap" But whatever man, his opinion is his opinion, I just dont hold too much value in his opinion of rap , especially that compared to mine.
And about Migos, dude simply doesnt understand Migos and their style. Migos arent for him

My nikka requote my post to answer his sht cuz nikka got me on ignorewho said anything about being blak or white?I didnt. i would trust Paul Wall or Eminems opinion on hip hop before I would trust this clowns. yea I wasn't trying to say they're any good. Just responding to the "black reviewers" question. They're pretty biased themselves though. It takes away from the good points they make half the time.
I mean I havent heard any Migos fans here make the Three 6 connection.did you listen to his Migos review? He most certainly understands their style.
No facts?
Fact: Hip Hop is a black music genre with its origins in black street culture
Fact: Fantano is a white surburban hipster cac who has not even laid one foot in the field
Fact: Hip Hop is a diverse genre withh many sub genres
Fact: Fantano has not the experience or the character to authoritatively critique the type of rap music he normally shyts on
These is facts
Now say something stupid masked by an essay of jibberish to give the illusion that you are actually saying something

basically, you have people trying to discredit guys like stretch Armstrong.
who is into street rap, and was a legendary duo with bobbito.
to the point stretch's fascination with street based rap.
lead to the split and bobbito being dj cucumber slice.
yet, every week I am sent a link of their show.
plus, if not for stretch and bobbito making the enfamous live verse on the air vinyl.
the format would never have had a profitable return on wax.
to the point, that later on sway and tech were able to make an even larger draw for it.
when, they released the wakeup's live on the air verse cd.
which, authenticated the boom and popularized the live on the air verse.
plus, provided the catalyst of battling to the point.
eight mile was made.......
the people complaining are mostly fukking toys and real talk.
all this fake verbiage I keep hearing of people say the culture.
when, they are not a bboy is a damn joke.
if you don't care and not a real skilled actual component of this culture.
don't talk that culture shyt.....
you just a fukk'n rap fan.
who definitely lacks an understanding that fantano clearly has over you.
when, it comes to reviewing music.
to his naysayers...
if you were so dope at reviewing music.
you would be known on this board, for it and you are not.
so, stfu......
you unactualized and you don't know hiphop, either.
let alone what makes a quality rap record.
which is why you not even known on this fukk'n message board, for just simple starters.

nikka u literally said nothing refuting my factsfirst off,.
hiphop is a culture.
rap is the music that originates from hiphop culture.
so, just off top.
you are showing you are exactly the moronic clown you always were.
when, it comes to anything dealing with discussing rap or the culture called hiphop.
on top, of the fact..
it is clear fantano has an understanding that easily eclipses most people who listen to rap.
which includes you...
on top of that,...to further show you don't know what you are saying, pertaining to me...
now, stfu.

Why doesn't he hold credibility with you? That's what I don't understand. He knows street music. He gives everything he listens to a fair shot... fairer than most "street nikkas". I think you are mixing up acknowledging someone's credibility with agreeing with them.LET ME BE CLEAR AND REPEAT MYSELF! This dude is obviously allowed to have his own opinion, I just hold little to no value in his evaluation or opinion of rap. end of story. You can support this dude and his views, go ahead, it makes me no difference. But this dude in my opinio. does not hold much credibilty. I think thats pretty fair. What part dont u get bruh?![]()
