We caping for a liberator or where you unaware of his work to help end colonialism in Africa? White people just didn't like him because he called them on their bullshyt. Meanwhile the b*stards calling him a dicatator were dicatators and enslavers themselves.

RIP Mugabe.

Is it really liberation if you just switch who has their foot on your neck??

Easy to sleep on a dead man.

Mugabe was an icon of liberation, a pan-Africanist who dedicated his life to the emancipation and empowerment of his people. His contribution to the history of our nation and continent will never be forgotten. May his soul rest in eternal peace."

From what I know he wasn't a good leader. Zimbabwe's economy tanked under his rule, and he and his wife especially were extraordinarily corrupt. He was spoiling her with first class shopping trips to Europe's most exclusive fashion and luxury goods stores while his people starved.

But on the other hand I have great respect for how he defied and stuck it to the man. He had no intention of complying with American and British demands, and we should all salute his resistance to imperialism :salute:

Mugabe was no Kwame Nkrumah or Thomas Sankara, that's for sure.

He wanted these cacs to follow through on the Lancaster House agreement.

When they cut off funding - he moved to seize farms and unfortunately gave them to his cronies with no experience.

Then as usual sanctions followed and we all know what happens when The West sanctions you.

He began with honorable intentions, but was taken with the authoritarian impulses that many leaders of a newly liberated people fall prey to. Assuming the mantle of power over people who’ve only known repression is a trial of patience few men can endure. Just look at how many of the black Zimbabweans acted upon the return of white farmers. How can you lead people so mentally defeated to true democracy without becoming a tyrant? :francis:

Robert Mugabe did the one thing almost ALL black people on this planet are scared of today. Pick up an armed struggle, well planned and militarily kill and defeat white people.

Regardless what you think of his leadership once he was in political power, he gained that that power by killing his oppressors.

Almost ALL reporting on the armed revolution in Zimbabwe against white terror domination is always done by CAC propagandist networks.

Dr Obadele Kambon had a great take on Mugabe /Zim within the context of the black liberation struggle.

Muagbe went to war and defeated the Whites in Zimbabwe. As a black South African we're too p*ssy to ever do something that revolutionary
He didn't beg for the ballot, he didn't beg for resources, he didn't even negotiate with his oppressor.
...for that alone I respect Mugabe :wow:
He is /was everything that the likes of Julius Malema pretend to be. :francis:
