I'm glad the Mixy boys got their side out, and as I stated earlier I believe them. But if you think they would have success doing their own podcast.....a dancing CAC Kappa and Biggs Burke's gay nail painting younger brother.....you are lying or delusional 
Rory's value to the podcast was being Joe's punching bag, and Mal's value was bringing up stories/situations from Joe's past he was there for that led to funny Joe tangents. 90% of the show is Joe talking and nobody gives a fukk about either of them two by themselves
This was proven with the Ice & Ish episodes even before the firing, as most of you Coli loyalists jumped ship and were all about Joe keeping them in a NY minute, and nobody gives a fukk about either of them 2 bozos either. Anybody who can keep Joe talking/going will be successful because Joe and all the chaos that surrounds him is the draw

At the end of the day, Rory is just a misc industry white dude. He's said himself he's not gangsta. Him popping off could make this turn left on him real quick. At least Mal has ties to being about that life

Joe admits to being a narcissist so I’m not even trying to armchair diagnose him. But that makes so much sense as to why he would do actions that virtually guarantee he’d get caught looking bad eventually.
Narcissists can’t help themselves.
Also, I’ve noticed a lot of people caping for Joe on this seem like younger cats or people that were new to the podcast during Covid. Anyone that was listening to Joe in the 2000’s or even the 2010’s, or following his music career on any level, knows that he’s a pretty trash human being that wears his toxicity like a badge of honor.
I used to listen to his music when I was in a couple bad relationships, thinking it was therapeutic, and I legitimately became more toxic in my own relationships. Even as a listener I began to feel some of his music was unhealthy.
People like him eventually damage everything they touch.
