I mean, if the fanbase shows up and shows love, I think that’s all that matters…if that. These dudes care about collecting their check and building a brand, don’t think they’re studying demographic surveys to see how many black fans come to games.I guess if you just want to sell tickets, but that isn’t a healthy fan base. During the NBA season, Louisville has two elite basketball tickets locally…4 if you consider they are a 90 minute drive from Cincinnati.
That’s not the case for those other cities.

It makes way more sense to put Toronto in the Northeast and put Philly and the Wizards in the same division however you do it. You could stick them with Milwaukee and Memphis. And you keep Detroit, Chicago, Indiana and Cleveland together
