Does Japan even have a military? I thought that we stripped them of that privilege after we nuked them into Anime creators and Hello Kitty cucks.
:jbhmm:

I wouldn’t be too concerned about Russia. The Nanjing Massacre on the Chinese though… China will never forget that. Mass murder and rape. They owe Japan HEAVY for that.

America release the hold I think a couple years ago. They are building their military back up

I mean Japan was allied with the Nazis until the US dropped that Thang on them but in modern times, Russia would have a hard time convincing anyone of the validity of that claim. Just straight-up bizarre they were even considering it.

Putin must be freebasing.
Nah…Japan is filled with ultranationalists that want a literal return to a Japanese empire. In the 50s a nationalist assassinated a socialist politician with a sword on live tv.

Russia seems to have oversold their military might. Japan may have touched their ass up in a scrap.

It would have been more embarrassing than Ukraine has been, that's for certain.

Even though Japan doesn’t have a standing military, they’re well equipped. Plus I think South Korea would have helped them

I can’t imagine a scenario where we don’t get involved immediately if Japan is moved on by a hostile party

Yea it’s too many American military bases on Japan for America to not do anything if that woulda happened.

I was in the Marines there, and those of us who are stationed in Japan don’t have to go to Iraq or Afghanistan..we’re there just in case Russia, China or North Korea did anything crazy.

We constantly train with Japan’s defense force. It woulda got ugly quick

Oh we definitely going to war if they fukked with Japan

We already got they backup out there and in Guam. If Russia can’t handle Ukraine they definitely getting the beats. China probably would’ve fell back too, seeing how poorly Russia is performing now.

Russias own people don’t even want to go to war… they slapping up commanding officers, defecting, Generals getting executed, etc. it’s a shyt show.

Japan is all but a US territory. That would have started WW3 for sure, instantly, cause there was no way the US was gonna let that fly.
Yes this would've become a WW3 scenario within a couple of weeks. USA would've had to back up the JDF as well as South Korea as N.Korea would've began mobilization if Japan was attacked by Russia. China and the USA would use it as a proxy war temporarily before getting directly involved and China would've used it as a diversion to move on Taiwan. India would've probably stood by and waited then made moves on the Chinese borders, and Pakistan would probably take shots at India during that. China would've probably started taking over more cobalt mines in Africa to cause global economic strain on sourcing for batteries so people wouldnt be able to transition to electric vehicles, while Russia cut off oil completely to the rest of Europe and push gas prices....

China would probably turn on Russia eventually because India would be making back door deals with Russia for energy while fighting China, it's alot of geopolitical backstabbing that goes down but doesn't get reported in our media, it's crazy reading about how other countries actually interact with each other like how you would read in a text book but the mess is in the present tense.
