Ryan Tannehill is ruining the Miami Dolphins

How Tanny got any fan and supporters is beyond mind boggling. It would make sense of he had one year where he was tearing it it up and fell off but Tanny has never been that dude or shown promises of being that dude

Chad Henne had stans. He needed receivers. No wait he needed an OC. No wait he needed an oline.
Jay Feidler had stans.
AJ Feeley had stans.
Gus Frerote had stans.
Culpepper and Green had stans.
John freaking Beck just needed a chance.
If Cleo Lemon had a reliable running game and a running back who's not a quitter like Ricky Williams we would be in the playoffs.

All of their stans called us idiots and said we lacked basic football knowledge. All of them blamed coaching, line play, defense, the refs, and even THE FANS on occasion. They always claimed to "acknowledge" the limitations of the quarterbacks listed, but would never actually list any of the flaws the saw in each men and instead disagree with and make excuses for every flaw that you pointed out in each of them.

That's way I stopped going to the phinsider.

Remember at one point, even Ted Ginn had a following.

That man is stealing money from the franchise. All of that money that he's stealing should be dispersed amongst Reshad Jones, Juice, and Cam Wake as appreciation for his services over the past 5 years.

Nah. Let's give tannehill 18 million next year instead.

This dude can't even get in a shootout and win.

Guaranteed you put Phil Rivers on this roster tomorrow and they go at least 9-7. And he's gone like 8 years with nothing but a TE as his offensive weapon.

and yet none of them have ever thrown for over 4000 yards or had a 27/12 td/int season

I really don't understand how dudes are so willing to throw away a guy that has good passing stats, makes good throws (he CAN make all the throws) is durable(has never missed a game...ever) and is not an a$$hole on top of all that.

fix the goddamn line. EVERYONE in football knows the line is terrible.

our o-line is definitely terrible, but Tannehill just doesn't have that "it". He's average at best. He has zero pocket presence. To make the playoffs with him you'd need a top 5 defense and a dominant run game. He'll never carry your team for long stretches like a top 10 QB can. So why not move in a different direction? What's the risk? It's not like the Fins have anything to lose, they already suck.

He and Stafford both belong to a special group known as Stat Padders Anonymous. They are all empty stats that he's picking up in garbage time and against garbage teams.

He spends the whole damn game picking up the yards he lost from holding onto the ball and getting sacked consistently. Ol "it's 3rd down and 40 because I'm an idiot and a statue in the pocket so let me pickup 20 passing yards so at least people can point to my stats"

He has taken so many unnecessary sacks it'd incredible. He is a big former receiver who can run yet he never breaks any tackles nor does he want to use his legs. He thinks he's Peyton Manning back there with the Cowboys offensive line. I've never seen a quarterback take so many consecutive sacks in my life, especially on meaningful drives. "Tannehill has been given great field position. He only needs to get to the 30. OH! SACKED ON FIRST DOWN! OH HES SACKED A SECOND TIME BY (insert practice squad player). UNBELIEVABLE.
