What are their goals? Why they need the residence there to pay so much money?

Even if I had dough I'm not leaving where I'm at*
for the most part, but it depends on where you are. Some of those areas are low key the nicest in the city, but don't tell anybody I said thatThats the most ghettoest borough I heard
When you have a "Million Dollar Listing..." series, affordability is long gone.
We're moving to a 2 class system. Rich and poor. Get in where you fit in. We're having the same sh1t here in Toronto. Vancouver average property is well over $1M and they already created laws to curb foreign investment. It's happening in every major, world class city.

Vancouver is the worst in North America, Vancouver doesn't even have jobs thst pay well, at least San Fran and toronto do but still
Even town homes in torontobare like 7-800k and li yang from china is buying em
Get these overpaid, socially awkward tech nerds out of the Bay
Townhouses in Toronto (freehold) going for that price? I guess outside the city. Not here, though. We were looking for houses in the city and what you get for $750K is depressing.
Toronto is bad too in terms of pay vs home prices. Salaries have been stagnant for decades now.
Wow.
When you hear about the term "24hr community/city" shyt gonna get real. I spoke about it just today in the NYC gentrification thread. I have my eye on downtown Newark now because NYC real estate is just too unattainable now for the average person. Investors have their claws deep in our skin. I just entered a tentative contract for a condo (after being beat out by investors three times in NYC) and with God's grace it will go through.

This is in the Bronx. About a 10 min walk from the projects. People keep hoping for the "bubble" to burst but I don't think it would help much. My homeboy bought a few co-ops in the South Bronx and pleaded with people to do the same. I couldn't afford it at the time.![]()
NYC has always been a 24 hour community. I don't know what he's talking about. Dude is the BX gentrification boogeyman. Way more has to be done than sell the 9 condos that they've allegedly sold. What do you mean by this? "When you hear the term 24 hour community/city shyt gonna get real"?
