Yesterday was very low carb and water though. Water balance is def off.

Thinking about doing 3x8 instead of 4x5 for front squats as well, but keeping the weight the same. If I can hit 8x225 on front squat
I will give that a try Wednesday.

We must be vigilant and disciplined.... but Im def not gonna get a grilled chicken breast salad or w/e, Im going in 
I wanna switch to a full body routine so I can squat 2x/wk and only be in the gym 3x/wk. Some of the supersets Im looking at would only work at home (bench/ham curls, squats/chins etc). I gotta see how busy I am with this consulting shyt but if I can spare 2 hours on weeknights it can work.
Have to be more careful with salt.
Legs do OK.... its my grip that folds. Maybe I need to go slower. I can def hit 205 for a slow controlled 8 reps... slow eccentric fast concentric. I'll try that Sunday. Also hit some hamstring curls... my ham curl machine is funky though. Standard or Olympic weights.... it has too much clearance and the plates clunk. It's very annoying.
