
Before yesterday's workout, instead of my usual 20 oz of chicken or protein heavy meal I had pasta and meatballs. I hope THAT wasn't the cause of my improved performance. Gonna hit legs today, see what happens.



Also found a shyt load of those Barber's stuffed chicken breast shyts. Cordon Bleu is my go to but they had a mushroom flavor that has godly macros. They aren't breaded.... I wanna say they were like 160kcal a pop, 21g protein. 3 of those, I'm gucci. That's a meal198 flat. Yes, EIGHT.
In laws had us over... I had 2 burgers, chips with salsa and topped it off with some cookies
I feel backed up though. I dont look too big either. But shyt better move fast. I was hoping to dip under 190 this coming weekend
Skipping squats.... today I'm keeping my intake extra low, like 1300. I def still feel full from yesterday. Just gonna have my chicken for lunch and then a shake when I get home. Get back on my regular shyt tomorrow. Looking at my calendar this week, nothing on the agenda for work, and next weekend should be pretty chill too. I definitely need to catch up on sleep too. Today is hopefully gonna be a big reset day, I have been fukking around too much.

I hit 225 for 6, 6, 5 with confidence. Bench is damn near as strong as it was back in February. Let me not jinx it.....Reading through old posts. Really interesting. I should have thrown those damn calories away. We will see about dipping under 190 this weekend. I think I might drop another 100kcal, keep things at or below 1900 for the rest of the cut and really try to rein my weekends in. I could do well on 2000kcal if I could hit that 7 times a week.
Thought it was too good to be true, weighed in again, 193.4 
W/some buttery mashed potatoes that should be very nice. We are going into overdrive though for the next 6 weeks. Gonna work at 1900 and maybe down to 1800 for the last 2 weeks of September.
But I can prob dip back tomorrow to make up for it. Anyways I'm def curious to see how keeping things strict will do. Hopefully that speeds up the weight loss without killing gym feels. Eating chicken now to get ready for UBP

Im def the leanest Ive prob ever been and I feel pretty good. I have to admit, cravings are getting stronger. But Im gonna power through. Man I am fukking hungry, just had lunch and I feel like I haven't eaten anything yet.
Went over yesterday by like 300 cause I did squats. Gonna have to go under tomorrow to keep things honest. I am probably going to bring in my shake every day now instead of just when I work out. Otherwise on off days shyt gets hectic.
