Chest arms shoulders today. Weird workout. One thing I learned is that like 5 degrees of decline on shoulder press bench makes a world of difference in safety, but I'm not so sure about feel.
Went to the gym store today, they have my shyt in stock no problem. Just need to talk to wifey about making that big purchase. Maybe next month.

We will see if there's any flavor left. I think going forward I will load my rice into bags as flat as possible so I can heat it up frozen. Still definitely have a good amount of weight to lose but now it's just a matter of addressing problem areas like my armpits and love handles. Overall shape is athletic again, no more spare tire.
That low key fell off again too. I have upper body party today, gonna have to do it later tonight as I have other shyt to do during the day. Cant wait for this fukking rain to end, there is a nice 6 or 7 mile loop right out of my front door. Hit that a couple times a week and I will be gucci. Leave the trainer for wifey till she gets up to snuff
