If Im not the leanest Ive ever been, Im damn close. DAMN close.
Still got a good ways to go, but nothing insurmountable. If I can drop another 15 by mid September I will be happy. I may have to start incorporating cardio, but I really have to discipline myself to keep it LISS. When Im on my bike I have no chill mode.
Anyways def loving the strides I've made over the last 2 weeks. Weight isnt down much at all, but I have learned so so much about water weight that's helping me look a ton leaner and helping psychologically. Will be huge during my bulk.
Speaking of my bulk, def gonna lean more on protein and fats. Prob move to 2lbs of meat a day.... half lean, half fatty. Will have a lot of freedom. Will be interesting
