The prefix "Eu" means "good". Eugenics = Good genes. Given that "good" is subjective, how is Eugenics a science, unless you're talking like, political science, or sociology, or other social sciences. Either that, or you inherently believe that there are good and bad genes (outside of disease), and that "good" and "bad" in such situations don't come from social constructs, which is impossible because "good" and "bad" are subjective.

Tariq Nasheed is on point like 90% of the time. I have no problem with him.

BUT...the 10% where he fukks up is where he associates himself with people who REALLY don't know what the fukk they're talking about. I'm seriously cringing like 40% of the time during these movies.

the sad part about this thread is i guarantee that a majority of people that seen the film haven't even done ANY research nor read ANY books pertaining to this prior to, during or even after watching the film to look further to make sure that everything was accurate, close to being accurate and on point. they just take it for granted that they're getting the unadulterated truth from mr. tariq nasheed, who is a businessman that knows how to exploit certain things that people are sensitive about. think about it for a second. dude could have put it out on a blog or something free of charge if he wanted people to LEARN something but dude had to put 2 dvds for x, y, z money. he could have put it out on youtube. he could have threw the book out there and got you folks going to the library but instead, he promotes it like he's doing you guys a favor and at the same time, he's marketing off of that shyt. are folks that lazy where they can't even go to barnes and noble, read through a couple of books, lookup for the matter and etc in the library? folks just aren't interested. that's what's SAD.

folks aren't really that interested in being educated or even knowing their history. they take it for granted that someone is going to teach them and they run with it not really knowing for sure. the same folks that suddenly want to smarten up on black history month. how many of you folks actually at some point of your life OUTSIDE the classroom, homework, or whatever tried to read a nonfiction book about something or tried to do some research on your own about something to educate yourself? that's what i want to know. folks are simply ignorant and they're NOT interested in learning either. it's kinda pathetic thinking folks are "smarter" watching a damn dvd.

man, i hate to say this but a lot of you folks on this forum don't even know what you're talking about. ya'll just run off the mouth, swearing blind that you know what you're talking about and when you get schooled with actual evidence, ya'll get all quiet. i'll never forget when some poster in here got owned in one of those threads bashing gay people when he said that there were no gay people involved in the civil rights movement. someone, i forgot their name, pulled up rustin bayard and folks got all baffled. most of you DO NOT know what you're talking about and don't even bother to look up or let alone learn from what you're taught by someone who schools you. it's okay to admit that you don't know everything and it's okay to be willing to learn. it's normal. there's nothing wrong with actually knowing something or being smart. why do some of you guys feel that because you listen to rap, are black and etc that you have to be stupid?

honestly, i don't like the whole idea of how people are taking for granted that tariq nasheed is schooling them through a dvd that was made with the intentions of making money by exploiting the idea of "education". that alone makes me skeptical about the information that he's putting across. you can't place any amount of money on knowledge and education for that matter. for him to push the dvd through some web infomercial going like "i'm selling you know for 19 bucks" leaves a bad taste in my mouth like he's turning something serious into a buck or profit. it's almost like saying "watch this dvd and you'll learn what you have to know." dude really isn't encouraging folks to go out there and learn more. folks are just snagging the dvds and simply relying on that shyt to be educated because they don't want to read and simply don't give a fukk.
