To me its more that he's never going to be treated as anything than another qb. This past season and the playoff game vs Dallas showed that. Carroll brought in a OC that is comitted to a run game at all costs and they will not stray from not. They wont let him take over game or design an offense around him. They also wont do anything creative like you see in KC and PHI for example.
