In a couple of years they're most likely gonna (hopefully) have a new owner, a new GM, if shyt doesn't get better, probably a new coach. Complete and total regime change. No way to figure out what they'll do or how good they can be (because there is a damn good chance they'll be really good going forward). Then, they can reassess the situation. If shyt hasn't gotten better, then both sides are wasting each other's time and he needs to walk anyway.
This isn't LeBron. This isn't Dwight. He's not that caliber of player. The only way this could invoke memories of LeBron or KG is if this was Rubio. Instead we're mulling over the future of a player who willingly signed a 3 year deal + option and is less than 20 games deep into that contract. If they're doing well, they don't have to do shyt, and if he's still complaining, then why would you want him anyway?
