Serious question for Frank Ocean fans

how do y'all get past the fact that he sings about giving head to another man, and still enjoy his music?

I usually have to be able to relate to the artist in order to enjoy their work

I actually applaud y'all for being able to be so openminded though

Frank makes good music, he's creative and he's not disrespectful. I cringe more when I'm listening to my nikka Pimp C talk about "girl let me see that hairy a$$hole" or "bust big nuts in her curl" than I do listening to Frank. Or any heterosexual artist who's disrespectfully misogynistic for that matter

I was trying to think of anybody I fukked with where I had to overlook questionable content, and Prince was the closest I could come up with

Prince never admitted to being gay, but his music did have a LOT of lyrics that were not considered cool for a grown ass man to be singing at the time

If I Was Your Girlfriend is my favorite Prince record by the way

Maybe i'll just have to put myself in that frame of mind before I peep Franks shyt..

I'm 31 bro and my mother is a HUGE prince fan so naturally I rock with a lot of my mothers favorite singers..smokey, Marvin ,michael, prince and Luther.....I said all that to say, prince and Michael were fruity as fukk...yeah yeah they fukked hoes but..still...and also...... prince with booty Cheek jeans g....booty cheeks jeans with lolipops and shyt. I'm a big fan of both BTW
