Serious question to Christians

All of Christianity teaches hell and brimstone for non believers. All of Christianity teaches Sexual repression which REALLY has fukked me up in my life and when I was younger. Like seriously why must I get married to have sex, what if marriage isn't for me? I'll answer that, it isn't . I don't want the responsibility raising a family. That shyt is stressful, I've seen it first hand with my father(even though I'm thankful he and my mom had me). I just wanna get laid and be stress free. I was responsible all through highschool and college. I want independence and good times, not stress and paying college tuition bills. But hey I guess that's sinful in the eyes of God smh.

I would really suggest you expand your knowledge of Christianity. There are brands much different than you. I'm not a Christian but this something you should look into

Well that's the thing in relation to religion. If it don't exist then great. If it do exist(hell) and Christianity is really the only way, then I'm fukked. The reason you haven't you felt at peace is because Christianity is not satisfying your soul. The innate belief in One God cannot be substituted with a human being. Get me?

This is a non trolling question. Many people who say they give their life to Christ and start a relationship with him and experience such peace and happiness. I don't doubt their sincerity, but all I can say is I got involved in Christianity and/or religion in 2001. I was 11 years old(26 now), So from 11-13 I tried to follow this faith and all I felt was unhappiness, fear and guilt. What's your guys explanation? Anyone else experience those feelings following a specific faith? Not bashing Christianity, just being honest, it never gave me what many of you say you have. Maybe it was just me I guess (Sidenote: I'm not saying I'm happy now. I wasnt happy trying to follow Christianity, and I'm not happy now. I guess I need to sit down and figure out why that truly is and fix it)

Knowhere in the bible does it say that your walk with Christ will filled with Joy and peace and happiness. The reality is once you have decided to walk with Jesus you have signed up for a war. It is called the narrow path for a reason, because it is difficult to walk, there is a war going on around us since before the beginning of mans creation. A spiritual war between God and the forces of the Devil, once you follow Christ all you have done is chose a side. Talking from experience i will tell you the truth, the devil from that moment on will attack you in various ways. He will attack your thoughts and cause you to doubt or to think sinful and lustful thoughts continually. You will bump into people who drag you away from the right path and the minute you fall Satan hits you with his greatest weapon, guilt. He will push you and push you to stumble and sin and when you do he will flood with thoughts of guilt, tell you your a hypocrite and a bad christian, how God is angry with you and how can you do what you did, he will make you feel like you can never get it right. Guilt that makes you feel worthless and unhappy comes from the devil, the bible says the conviction of the holy spirit is by love and leads you to repentance and the desire to get up pick up your cross and try and try again until you get it right. The bible says the walk is long and hard but he that endures to the end will gain everlasting life. Nothing in this world is easy so what makes you think the most amazing gift you could ever have, eternal life in heaven in the presence of God would be easy? The world with God is the hardest thing you could ever do, but faith is essential, without faith in God and believe that he loves you and will not leave you then you will fall. The bible says we must put on our instruments of war everyday and be constantly ready for battle. that is the reality of this walk.

I have seen many things with my own two eyes, been attacked physically by demonic forces and seen them operate with other people. I have experienced this with people who don't even believe in the word. We live in the Devils domain, he is the ruler of this world, he has dominion over here and if you chose to try and follow Christ you are in direct opposition to the ruling regime on this planet and that is why many try and fail, they expect their life to suddenly be better and peaceful and that is not what happens and is not what the bible or Jesus taught would happen. The words of Jesus Christ in matthew 10:34, 'Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.'

Understand when you choose this life this is a life of war, constant war and not peace but as long as you see it through, put on your armour of God then victory has been promised to you by God himself and you then learn to no longer fight this war on the defensive but rather on the offensive.

There are prohibitions and commands from God to humans.

Pre marital sex is a desire that we have that God (Allah in Arabic) put in us.

This life is a test to separate the true believers from the false ones. Who doesn't have that desire to get sexual with any female? But despite these desires... who can follow the commands/ prohibitions while living their time on earth? True believers.

If you look there are about 90 actual bible verses that tell us so. His first followers all believed him to be a man. A messenger of God.

The Bible says that Jesus himself denied he is God.

Jesus spoke to a man who had called him ‘good,’ asking him, ‘Why do you call me good? No one is good except God alone.’ (Luke 18:19)

He prayed to God. Not to himself.

But how exactly did Jesus pray to God?

‘he fell with his face to the ground and prayed, ‘My Father’ (Matthew 26:39)

I never said it was suppose to be easy, all I'm saying is that many Christians talk about it changing your life, and all it did for me at 12-13 years old is make me unhappy. It gave me so much depression over my sexuality and being attracted to women. It made me spend many nights crying at nights because I committed a sexual sin. It got so bad I remember going to a restaurant and seeing an attractive woman and I felt so much guilt about finding her sexually attractive that I stopped looking at her and down at my plate. This was how much guilt I felt. Now you can say that came from the devil, but the devil isn't the one who said in Mathew 5:22( I think don't quote me) that if you look at a woman with lust you've already committed adultery. All these sexual guidelines fukked me up around 12-14, and made me feeling really unhappy, guilty and bitter. I'm 27 and struggled with women my whole life, partly because of my own issues around sex. Majority of my issues with sex came with my involvement with Christianity. I'm 27 and never really had a true relationship or ever been comfortable with sex or my sexuality. You can talk about the devil this and devil that, but the threat of hell fire is what caused me to feel the way I felt and motivated me to try and abstain from whatever. I came to Christianity out of fear of eternal punishment not because I was missing something.

Smh this is so confusing and frustrating. So I struggled because I was looking for happiness in Jesus instead of God. Isn't a relationship with Jesus the only way to the father. He's the son of God whom I must believe and confess as my lord and savior. If it was just about God, then I could go the path of Judiasm, Islam or whatever. I went that path of Christianity because in order to enter heaven I must have a relationship with Jesus. Without Jesus, God won't even see me.
