Serious Question: Why are introverted people vilified?

Are you all introverts? I have major social anxiety so I guess I come across as one.

Well it's a little complicated. If i get drunk i'm the life of the party but once i sober up i'm quiet. but it's really because i'm suppressing my true self to other people because i'm a little too energetic than normal. So i guess i'm in between!

Ambivert. I can transition between the two states but introvert was my default state initially.





Its actually not that hard to feed off the energy of other people. You could pick it up if you really wanted to. Just takes practice. Usefull to be an extrovert when you lack skills or resources. But its an Annoying skillset when you have everything you need.











As analogy,

• Extrovert = carnivore actively hunting for a meal

• Introvert = garden plant passively doing its own thing under the sun

• Ambivert = venus flytrap doing all of the above. (and yes they still use photosynthesis)
