You understand that innie Mark leaving meant suicide right?

He didn't want to kill himself, Helly, and Dylan. That makes all the sense in the world.

Mark's actions were in contrast to Dylan's. Innie Dylan found love and was basically committing suicide once Gretchen said she wouldn't see him anymore. Outie Dylan wouldn't let him.

Innie Mark was in love with Helly and chose to stay alive. What happens at Lumon after is unknown to him but that's a risk worth taking.

Choosing Gemma over Helly would make no sense logically. He had no real emotional attachment to her. Outtie Mark did. They drove that point home with their camcorder conversation. People assumed the innie was going to go along with the plan not realizing the sacrifice he was being asked to make.

Would you die for the happiness of a stranger?
I didn't think Innie Mark was going to go along with the plan, it was obvious to me at least that he was going to go rouge once he got to that last part.

This show is going the way of Mr. Robot. Generational great first season that was obviously meticulously planned. Then the rest is just a clusterfukk of ups, downs, and amazing.

fukk it, I'm here for it all :yeshrug:
Damn, I only watch S1 of Mr. Robot, are the other seasons worth checking out?

Carefully crafted? :heh:

Lax security is the major connection to both seasons.
Which you can easily explain by their constant looking down on innies. They’re not looked at as humans who have agency.

I was really into the show season 1. Not so much anymore and can't figure why.

I find myself thinking they are doing too much with the innie outie thing. I wanna yell at them all you aren't two different people you just dont remember what you do at work. :what:
You don’t think people’s memories are important to who they are?

Lumon tried to micromanage their lives so they haven no personal outside memories. If they hadn’t tried to force Helly into working their for PR this probably wouldn’t have happened.

No I agree as paranoid as Lumon is about keeping things in-house like the doors, it makes sense cameras and a small loyal security department.

im talking about technical writing like they say the OTC requires two people so how was it activated if Graner was the only security person?

Innie Mark need his ass whipped.

The writers better have a damn good storyline to wrap this up because what he did makes no fukking sense logically.

What y’all gonna do, just hang out down there and think it’s all good? That p*ssy got him all fukked up.

They better not stumble upon some clones with a mind transfer machine.
It’s not logical. That’s the point.

Why in the year 2025 do people still smoke knowing there’s no upside and all the health risk?

Cause it feels good now and the second after.

I liked the finale :manny:.....the 2nd half of the season was a bit tedious but I think they closed it out strong. I was mainly rooting for Gemma to be freed and we got that. It was always gonna come down to innie vs outie mark. And I think they made the right choice with him going back. Don't see how it's illogical. It would have been illogical if he didn't make that choice. That's the only life he knows. And helly is the center of that life. As long as he has her then that life is worth keeping.

Him making that decision isn't where my questions come from. It's where do they go from here. There's no way lumon can just go on like nothing happened. If Gemma is out then marks family is gonna try to burn the place to the ground. And it's not like they can keep mark hostage in there. Lumon has to be completely finished at this point. Nothing else would make sense. But either way I'm looking forward to it. This season wasn't as great as the first but it was still very entertaining:yeshrug:
