How does leg workouts work with HIIT tho?
Outside of running, I don't do leg routines that incorporate HIIT so I can't help you there my dude.
Put a nikka on to this HIIT shyt, I'ma get back into Boxing again and might want to incorporate that into the regiment.
For boxing, do 30 seconds all out bag work, rest for 20, then right back to 30 seconds of bag work. HIIT is basically just getting your heart pumping at near max levels and being able to sustain it for bursts, overtime you can increase that duration to 45 seconds, then maybe a minute.
How that correlates to sex is easy, your heart isn't as taxed during sex as it is doing 100m sprints or bag work, so your girl will be at your mercy if you can do some really extraneous shyt for 30 seconds to a minute.
