My stamina is incredible most of the time and always ready for more after I bust.
HIIT
30 seconds of running hard on the treadmill, and 20 seconds of jogging, repeat that for 10-15 minutes if you can.
i mean when i started up running again back in 2003..i could barely do a half mile...prior to that i was all bulk..shyt was no good. so i was set distance goals...half mile, 3/4 mile, 1 mi, and went from there...before i started doing HIIT....now 9 years later I can do 4 miles easy regardless if i go up or down the scales...but that shyt was not easy![]()
