I can attest to everything stated in this thread. Working out, especially cardio, does wonders for your pipe game. A steady commitment of exercise has reduced to my recovery time significantly; it's like I'm ready to fcuk as soon as a nut. :smugbiden:

I'm an incredibly cheap b*stard so I don't have access to exercise equipment and such. What kind of work out routine would you guys recommend to lower cholesterol, improve heart health, and rapidly lose weight?

I try to eat healthy but my room mate cooks nasty shyt and there's nothing else to eat in the house.

HIIT

30 seconds of running hard on the treadmill, and 20 seconds of jogging, repeat that for 10-15 minutes if you can.

i mean when i started up running again back in 2003..i could barely do a half mile...prior to that i was all bulk..shyt was no good. so i was set distance goals...half mile, 3/4 mile, 1 mi, and went from there...before i started doing HIIT....now 9 years later I can do 4 miles easy regardless if i go up or down the scales...but that shyt was not easy:wow:

yea i think imma just start off 10-15 minutes get my breath back

how many days a week should i be doin it
i pretty much get off at 7 on most days

damn pops sold the treadmill but he talking about he wanna ante up on another one

i gotta jump rope this weekend tho
and imma get a Y membership with my job

yall nikkas know some techiniques wit the jump rope?

The last 2 months of daily martial arts practice has me :win: I'm not in the best bf% i;ve been at, but my stamina has been incredible in the bed recently and im getting harder easier longer and faster than ever before (pause obviously). I noticed it started when i started a focus on breathing exercises called Neigong. Makes sense i guess, since cardiac health, respiratory health, and erectile function are all intrinsically interlinked.
