Excuse the ignorance and this is a serious question (didn't read through the whole thread)...

Does being in good to great shape REALLY help your stamina? Stamina as in the ability not to nut too fast. Because if it doesn't - and I've been told both answers - then I won't even waste my time, because being a six pump chump is my main life problem. :sadcam:

Weed helps a lot, you can zone out and just focus on slayin the p*ssy rather than all the normal freak shyt that'd go through your mind. It's such a beautiful calm to have. :yes:

I'm the exact opposite, it's hard for me to nut, sometimes I just fake it( more or less I use protection) unless I think of some hardcore fantasy crap.

I wish I could unlearn it though. When I was growing up, full porno scenes (15min+) just started streaming online. And popular songs were out, about being a minute man.

So I mentally trained myself into f*cking like pornstar and keeping the D up for long periods of time. I thought it was normally until rather recently. :snoop:

I've had this same problem before, sometimes I'd fake it but most of the time I just start thinkin some freak shyt and try to stimulate the head of my wood more when i'm fukkin. We've got a good advantage, just gotta learn how to use it.

HIIT

30 seconds of running hard on the treadmill, and 20 seconds of jogging, repeat that for 10-15 minutes if you can.

i mean when i started up running again back in 2003..i could barely do a half mile...prior to that i was all bulk..shyt was no good. so i was set distance goals...half mile, 3/4 mile, 1 mi, and went from there...before i started doing HIIT....now 9 years later I can do 4 miles easy regardless if i go up or down the scales...but that shyt was not easy:wow:

Had my first HIIT session today, tacked it on at the end of my workout. Been years since I did any cardio work with regularity. I almost died :flabbynsick: Did only 4 intervals of 20/30 sec but I pushed hard. Could barely stand getting off the row machine, wobbled around in the gym for a bit then just layed myself out in middle of the damn floor :dead: :laugh:

I figure resting pulse is an easy way to track progress.. waking up today I got 52 bpm. What y'all working with? Would be nice to get some points of reference from fellow gym brehs.

I run but I need to mix more fartlek runs in my workouts again. There's a good trail I know I can do this right and get the same HITT results.
