I'm an old head (52), I've been with my wife 30 years (married 25) she doesnt throw SERIOUS things in my face that I've confided in her about, however, I have a co-worker whose a mean a$$hole , I'll call him "Smith" ...I dont like the guy, whenever we have a disagreement she'll say "Your being mean like Smith". I dont like it when she does this, I asked her to stop doing it, she's cut back a lot but not %100 and its starting to irritate me. So I kind of agree with Shaq and I kind of dont.

In my opinion a part of being a man is self sacrifice. Women are naturally more prone to depression and anxiety. As a man it's your job to not burden your woman with extra anxiety and emotional labor. So if there's a problem you fukking fix it. You do not wallow. Whether the water pipes need to be winterized or if you lost your job. You just get up and find a solution. Nothing more, nothing less.
