You keep saying “private property” like it means anything. This is a former employer and she was just fired. A employer does not have the right to withhold your belongings over petty theft. If she’s fired she has the right to grab her things and leave the premises. Withholding someone’s belongings actually gives them a valid excuse to not leave the premises.
Once you are asked to leave private property and you refuse you are trespassing. It’s as simple as that. The word private means everything here. Her relationship with the business has ended and she was told she was no longer welcome on the property. Anything after that she is a trespasser

You have rights everywhere on us soil and that includes personal property. :gucci:

If someone is fired they still have a right to their personal belongings. If the company is worried about theft they can have that person escorted to where their belongings are and off of the premises

Bless your heart.

It's illegal to withhold property thats not theirs.
They'd be committing a crime just as she is. Cops would've made them give her the stuff and then tell her to leave.
"Private property" isn't some trump card that allows you to commit crimes and maintain the upperhand. This is super nonsensical...

Is she a one hit KO brawler or is she an itty bitty defenseless wittle girl half his size?

Unlike yours, my mother was ladylike, so I don't feel the need to defend the honor of unruly, aggressive birds
If she’s an itty bitty girl half his size why are you co-signing a grown man saying he would spit on her? :skip:

Let it have been a black man throwing haymakers and making a mess because he wasn't allowed behind the counter smh. All that "she just wanted her stuff" babble would be nonsensical. When the queens crash out, it's always someone else's fault. They usually direct team blame at black men, heck I even see folks blaming the black men for not stepping in on her behalf on the Twitter thread. You can't tell them shyt.
Judging by your co-signing of men spitting on little black girls and this post where you whine about black women getting preferential treatment and sarcastically refer to black women as “queens” seems like your mother was probably a crack whore who had men in and house the house while you watched cartoons.

You obviously have a lot of vitriol for black women that stems from your mother. You should talk to her about that, if she hasn’t already overdosed. :manny:

That’s not how it works. You cannot fire an employee and tell them to leave their car keys, house keys, wallet, ID, cell phone etc at work indefinitely until you feel like giving it back :skip:

If she’s no longer employed by the company, then withholding her belongings is theft based on your logic. You must be trolling :mjlol:

Maybe I missed it but I didn’t see anyone say that. They said the body slam by the cac was excessive. The black man handled it the way a grown man being attacked by a girl much smaller than him should
U caping she was the aggressor attempting to throw chairs and jumping over counters attacking with metal objects
She could have called the police and waited to get her stuff
She clearly did something wrong and was tryna dip
There were two other workers there and they weren’t co-signing her getting her stuff back for a reason

So you were arguing the whole time about her trespassing and she wasn’t even fired :skip:

This makes it even worse. They should have given her stuff and let her be on her way.

Clearly the way that it should have been done is that one of the two guys restrains her, while the other guy thoroughly checks her bag and jacket linings to see what else she may have stashed. After that's done, you hand her back her stuff.

She was mad concerned though like she had evidence in text messages where she was probably bragging to her friends about stealing. She had to get her phone back in order to delete that evidence.

Ah well... I just looked at it from a hypothetical point of you. She may not have stolen anything at all. But...I don't know, something tells me she's guilty.
This is my take.

All the simple minded ppp in here defending her. You don't know what she did to get fired. Maybe she was stealing and putting money into her "stuff".

I highly doubt if this was a calm situation to begin with

Slow down, maybe you have short term memory loss so let me repost your message that I replied to:
Nyggas in here caping for a woman slapping and throwing chairs talking don’t hit her :pachaha:
Please I will never touch a woman first but after that it is what it is :demonic:

You said posters were saying they shouldn’t have hit her when posters said the cac shouldn’t have body slammed her. That’s a very dishonest reduction unless you have prove of posters saying that. All the other stuff you posted is really irrelevant to me :manny:
