Should this teacher get fired? (starts to give a student that work)

So when someone thats your height and nearly your weight throws a pen at you, shoves a chair at you, verbally curses you out and then follows up with throwing a book at you, you keep your temper in check? She would've been looking for her teeth after the pen got thrown.

First of all i'm not a teacher, and i would never be a teacher for that exact reason. Student comes at me sideways i'll smack him in his fukking mouth. But as a teacher you can't do that.


And honestly if i was in that exact same situation with a dude my size? I would have walked away. I'm not gonna go outta my way to try and get to you, to fight you, in front of a bunch of cameras and shyt. I'll just catch you slippin and see if you wanna keep popping that shyt. But i'm not gonna let my emotions take over to the point where i'm fighting another nikka tryna get to you in the middle of a crowded hallway. Where they do that at? Grown female needs to act her age. 17 year old does too, but the grown female was even more in the wrong.

To a degree I agree with some of what you said but I don't think the teacher should be fired, these little bytches and b*stards need a good ole ass whooping some of them are out of line.

Saw this on facebook yesterday. I think the teacher should be fired. End of the day shes the grown up, shes supposed to be mature and walk away. I understand if the girl ran up swinging and you had no other choice but to drop her. But that wasn't the case. As you can see male student was tryna hold the girl AND the teacher back. Teacher was tryna fight just as hard as the lil girl. When in reality teacher shoulda walked to the lounge, calmed down, called security. As a teacher you can't be letting your temper flare like that.

Shes gonna fist fight every little hoodrat who wants to get outta hand? Good. Then she can go be a security guard toss that emotional ass hoe.

Not speaking on this particular situation but teachers routinely overstepped their bounds with students. Not to mention that teachers these days are just less intelligent and cut from less moral fiber than teachers of the past. You have teachers who you can barely differentiate from students behavior/personality-wise so its no surprise to me seeing more student/teacher altercations. Kids have gotten less respectful but teachers have been less deserving of it. You can't talk to a student the way some teachers do and expect a shorty to treat you with respect. Its a two-way street.

Most often its just a shytty, disrespectful kid dealing with undeserving teacher. But often times, its a teacher talking to a child like they are just some bum ass nikka on the street, then want to cop pleas when other kids see that you aint shyt and start trying you the rest of your career. teachers back in the day got respect off GP, nowadays you have thots, pedos and dumbasses learning subjects as they teach you.

I got tons of stories with disrespectful teachers and my willingness to call they ass on it growing up:
I had a issue with my 10th grade Lit teacher when she screamed "Shut up! I said shut up right now!" at me. Mind you, I hadnt spoken, the girl in front of me asked for a sharpener and I just nodded that I didnt have one. I looked around "Are you speaking to me?" She snapped, "I just told you to shut your mouth, so shut up!" ....Im like " I don't know who you think you talking to like that but I didnt say a word. I havent ever disrespected you so you are NOT gonna disrespect me like you do these other folks in here." She got flustered and said "Excuse me!?"...The class is all . I said "I wasnt talking but if you were paying attention instead of waiting for a moment to scream like a dumbass at someone, you would know that. Even if I was talking, you can tell me to be quiet or even hush me but you not gonna tell me to shut up and yell at me doing at. My own mother has enough grace not to do that.:belipup:" The Trig teacher next door is looking through the connecting door in the back like . I said "Im gonna leave before you say some shyt thats gonna piss me off and I get in trouble for real.:kobemad:"Well you can take this write up to the office while youre at it", she said thinking she was getting her jab in. " I said Nah, you wrote it, you can take it youre damn self. I'll see you down there."

There is never an excuse to try to fight a child for throwing a book at you. If you dont have the temper to deal with kids from the hood then change jobs. You nikkas sounding like racist white folks with some of these comments. You acknowledge that these kids tend to have behaviour problems but its deeper than bad parenting. When you live in the hood there are thousands of systematic variables from your environment that shape your personality.

You are so right. I know the only reason I wouldn't swing at girl is because i'm a very strong man. If I was a woman though...I would have left a trail of knocked out girls in my lifetime. This girl pushed it with that book. You still right.

You wrote that all shyt to say what exactly? Students don't routinely overstep their boundaries? Nobody is defending an all around nasty teacher who hates kids and shouldn't be in the profession (and I have met a few). You're speaking in VERY general terms breh because that is certainly not the majority.
