Indy and San Antonio both would have beat Miami if they kept Hibbert and Duncan in. I still can't believe those decisions. :snoop:

People need to stop acting as if its a given that Indy wins that series if Hibbert is in to stop Bron from the last second drive.

They may have won the game, but there is no telling how the rest of the series turns out. The Heat never lost back to back so I'm willing to bet they don't lose game 2 and the series is tied the same way regardless.

Yeah... Duncan being in the game probably effectively ends the finals right there but Hibbert thing was in Game 1... not an elimination game.

what always gets me about the pacers what if game 7, is that if Geroge doesn't hit that damn near half court 3 in game 2 i could be wrong there would be no game 7. :troll:

That final 3 pointer by Allen wasn't the only memorable part of the game...the entire 4th quarter was epic. Miami was trailing all game and they finally made that last push to try and even things up. I'll never forget LeBron losing his headband and proceeding to ball the f*ck out :wow:

i'm still in awe of that game 6, i think it's the best game i ever watched- i actually sat down and watched it wire to wire. i was pulling for miami, but the way duncan put together his masterpiece to seal the ring it was dope. it reminded me of duncan game 7 vs dallas in 06, it was like he wasn't gon be denied. that tony parker step back 3 was whoa

it was ill how lebron felt his legacy was on the line at the start of the 4th quarter- like he knew he was gon get killed if he lose, so he going out on his shield, he did the same thing vs boston game 6 in 2012.

it was kinda sad to watch duncan lose in the game 7 after missing the easy lay in and tip in. just well played and hard nosed basketball in those games 6 and 7. they brought you so many different emotions, been watching the nba forever. lightning in a bottle those last 2 games

Just rewatched all of quarter 4. You are crazy if you don't think Wade killed the flow of the offense there. Lebron missed a jumper and Chalmers had a blocking foul, but other than that Lebron was still using the spacing incredibly effectively to get to the bucket.

The lineup was +13 in 8 minutes of play. They were -8 in Wade's first 3 minutes back in. There was nothing that indicated that their run was going to end. The only argument I will entertain would be that Lebron taking that jumper was an indication that he might be getting a little gassed, so Wade had to come back in quick to relieve some of the pressure. Still, I won't agree with that.

I do think that Spoelstra was in a lose/lose situation there in terms of the perception he would get by how he handled Wade, but there is no argument that the fact that Wade did come in completely killed the offense at the time.

Luckily, Wade is playing godly again this year so as long as he stays healthy this situation won't happen again in the 2014 playoffs :stylin:

The game really did look finished. LeBron had that stretch where he brought them back but then had some of the most :snoop: possessions I have ever seen toward the end. When they were already down 4 and he just threw the ball into the middle of nowhere with less than 30 secs left, a comeback seemed impossible.
