The 3 not the issue

Talent is so spread out. Its no one dominant team.

All eyes are on OKC imo. They possibly could ruin all the parity with their assests and possibly draft luck
The 3 counteracts individual talent. An inferior team talent wise can get hot from 3 or a superior team can go cold and that can tilt a series. Thats exactly what happened to OKC last year. fukkin PJ Washington went stupid from 3. It wasnt Luka and Kyrie dominating like that. Its not the only factor but its the only new one along with the aprons.

And their opponent made more 3s on less attempts. In previous eras its damn near impossible to lose like that when shooting like that.

So 16/36 vs 15/35 =43pt loss lol
Well its one game. And obviously if the teams are basically even from 3 other factors are impacting the out come. Impact of 3s is demonstrated over time.

No because the 2nd apron is gonna fukk over OKC too once Jalen & Chet come off their rookie deals next summer and SGA is supermax eligible

The 2nd apron is essentially a pseudo hard cap

Besides Raptors losing their star, how many of these were due to injuries?

It's reasonable to assume that Bucks would've won if Middleton didn't get dropped early in the playoffs

Kawhi left the raptors in 2019.

AD went down injured in game 4 in 2021 against Phoenix.

K Midd went down in the first round in 2022.

You can have The Warriors and The Nuggets but let’s actually add context :unimpressed:
