NeoGAF fell off when they turned the place into gay utopia. I'm not homophobic, and that kinda talk gets permabanned with the quickness...which is fine...

...but any time there's a WSHH video thread, people say all sorts of racist bullshyt and nothing happens. It's a blatantly obvious double standard, and it's a joke.

You have to be a comically outdated racist stereotype in order to get banned for that type of talk there, nowadays

Not enough greyed out usernames in that thread.

Plus, I've been weary on that place ever since the owner (EviLore) basically made a thread solely dedicated to blogging about a Euro Trip he took on ad money (when the site goes down damn near every week, sound familiar?)

Thread is hilarious, he is basically an anti-social elitist trying to pretend otherwise.

Highlights:

1) guy is either oblivious or confused about his sexuality
2) goes to foreign countries to pretend to be cultured; is an ignorant blowhard
3) tries to brag any chance he gets, but just comes off like an incredibly aloof loser
4) he really is deluded enough to liken himself to Mark Zuckerberg

I still go to GAF because there are great threads here and there, and it held me down during the days, but that place has fell off something serious.

Yeah I don't think some people realize how good they have it over here until start visiting some of these other sites with this p*ssy ass moderating. Mods over there will ban you over the silliest shyt. I mean, they just recently un-banned the word "c*nt"

And I don't even bother reading any threads that have to do with black people. Saw a thread on there recently that had to do with "clearing up misconceptions about black people" like we're fukking aliens or something

Tell me about it. Most of the time I just post in a thread about a specific game. I don't bother going into their off topic discussion. It's either a thread on Persona, Playstation/xbox games and an upcoming event and that's that.

Yeah, that c*nt-ban was ridiculous, especially since some of the female attention whores would basically start arguments and bait guys into saying it and getting banned.

As for why that "clearing up misconceptions" thread was made, it was related to the thread I linked to, actually. Someone posted this:

so somebody made the thread you mentioned to try to inform ignorant people, because the amount of negative comments was pretty eye-opening.

NeoGAF went down the shytter because their inconsistencies in trying to be politically correct, having biased mods ban people with literally no oversight, and because their owner is a egotistical and pompous prick

WrassleGAF is still amazing, though. I wish some of those folks would join TSC.

Pretty much every single message board I've been to like that is full of racist a$$holes who both fear and hate black people.
