I mean this with no malice, but I realized over the years that a large number of Black Women are clueless on how to interact with Men. They grew up in such a gyno-centric society the past 50 years, they literally have 0 clue on what makes men tick, our likes or dislikes, how to validate our feelings, how to really get our attention. In their mind, it doesn't matter. They see through you, because Men are a utility and a means to an end

with so many in jail and in low level jobs
also the fact there are more woman than men
and the disparity of men to women in college
I definitely think its harder for woman to find a partner than a man

One of the best things my dad taught me is not being afraid to piss off your woman/Mom/sister/female coworker if what you are about to say needs to be said.

Do yall say logical shxt around women that dont agree with you? Just tell them the facts, when they argue tell them some more facts. Put them in the other person's shoes and when you're talking speak without negative emotion in a calm voice. Argue the point and not her.

Yall boys dont even know how to talk to women but want to discuss leadership.

It also helps when youre already the kind of man she wants. Women dont listen to dusties when the solid gold is around, they are more likely to listen when you already come across as knowledgeable and relaxed.

I was the baby for a while, despite having younger siblings.
Now I'm an adult "for real" and these are the kinds of conversations that I get tapped for now
around my older cousins, aunts, etc.
I try to stay out of it, so good on you for not entertaining that bullshyt.
For me, I've tried to fill that role FOR REAL, like paying all the bills, educating myself, planning
out life and executing, etc.
A lot of women don't want that for real because delayed gratification, knowing when to listen, having grace/compassion, etc.
requires a lot of maturity that they simply don't have.

And once I'm gone/moved on, they realize what they had ain't so common,
