Joe Biden won the primaries… but it wasn’t just Joe Biden that won. It was the Biden/Harris ticket that won.

So essentially, Americans DID vote for Kamala in the primaries. The whole point of the VP is to know how the current president operates, in order to come in and fulfill his/her duties if they are no longer fit to lead.

Basically, when you vote for a President, you are essentially voting for his/her second in command as well, despite a VP not holding any real power because of the President.

So all these nikkas crying about not being able to “vote” for the primaries are full of shyt. They did vote for her.. they voted for the Biden/Harris ticket. This is why I knew I instinctively didn’t have a problem with Kamala when Biden fell back and understood mentally, just didn’t know the words.

The Gaza thing is a lose lose situation. Biden didn’t have a strategy but he didn’t suck Nutenyahoos dikk like Trump is doing. Kamala was going to have issues with Gaza but anyone and everyone would’ve… everyone except Trump that literally just welcomed the genocide to build a golf resort over dead bodies.

Republicans want to let Obama Care benefits to expire which will fukk over millions of people. The Dems are not having that and therefore will not pass the bill republicans' want, hence the shutdown.

Could the Dems open the government back up? Sure, but that would mean destroying healthcare in this country for so many people. Snap being cut do to the shutdown is an unfortunate consequence but hopefully it opens people's eyes to how truly evil the republican party is. fukk the Dems too but they are not in the same ballpark morality wise.

That's not really how it works. An incumbent president and his ticket is not being primaried. It’s a formality and no other options are really being given.
