like you said it could raise prices more in the short term but long term capitalism will continue and corporations will miss that money.

It’s pretty much inevitable at this point where the economy and country is going. The system has been propped up for decades by cheap money and people (rich and poor) living off the system.

It won’t be long before the stock market stops having 10-20% passive returns. Effecting the rich. It will probably be 3-5% passive returns but I don’t see this happening for at least 20 maybe 30 years.

In the end this country will only survive if people (rich and poor) make the money that’s equal to their labor.

They will lower prices it’s just when. Could be T10 years from now when rich boomers finally start dying off. As long as someone is gonna pay the price the companies will not lower prices.

But tbh if you didn’t see this coming you been living in fantasy land.

This is when we see who has control of the narrative. If the people blame rethugs, they begin to fold on healthcare, if the people blame dems, then they fold on healthcare.

Dems have been horrible on messaging, as usual. While the Dem plan doesn't directly find healthcare for illegals, the federal matching money from Obamacare gets used by some states for their own "enhanced" programs that DO cover the undocumented.

This also combines with the blatant Hatch Act violations by the administration putting anti Dem messages on government websites.

You cant cry about SNAP can't cry about not paying soldiers, when there are single item bills, which is how all spending should be performed, not with omnibus bills, block them because of a little used Obamacare provision that is ending and used to fund illegal immigrants healthcare.
