I don't know what Snapshot is , but turning down 4 billion bucks from mega corporate companies is stupid especially if it's an app that Facebook and Google wanted. The relevancy of smartphones application doesn't hold up too well unless it is important app that many people need in their daily lives. Snapshot isn't essential to the populace. It is going to die out quick like Words with Friends..

when i first heard about the facebook offer, my first reaction was because i figured they had a better offer they might work with. but when i saw they turned down google...
despite it's laidback image, google does not fukk around. ask any one of the hardware manufactures they work w/ or anyone whose worked in one of the companies they've acquired. im not familiar with their M&A tactics, but I dont necessarily see them circling back w/ more soon.

This tech startup bubble gonna burst soon. Too many apps blowing up overnight with overvalued market caps with little profit to back it up. At least with FB and Google both companies have a solid business model of revenue and plans for the future for expansion. What do these little apps have?
