that's it right there...I'm not saying pick a ugly coli brother but at the same time eldris alba is not everywhere u turn and he is more than likely has 3 other sisters on his roster since there is like 5 sisters to a brother in this country especially with brothers in jail or dead

Same applies to them. 9/10 if you delve into how "successful" these black women are its middle management, nothing wrong with that but that preface is arrogant. The below is the height of arrogance..

Depending on what you consider middle management it can be fairly successful.
My boss is a Director that I would consider middle management, but he makes about $150K. I wouldn't consider him upper management because he reports to a Senior Director, that reports to the Sector CFO, that reports to the Global CFO, so he is in the middle of the org structure.
